Tweaks to Equity Pages

Up until today the Sector tab on an equity would display the shares in that sector with their prices.

Planned outage this Saturday (22/11/05)

In order to perform a database upgrade, the interactive investor site will be offline from Friday night through to late Saturday morning. A holding page will display providing links to share dealing, CFDs and spreadbetting services which are not affected.

Multiple browser windows with new authentication

A few users have mentioned they can no longer launch more than one browser window without having to login again, which subsequently logs them out of the original window.
This is due to the new window being launched via the IE icon on the desktop or start menu rather than opening a new window from the [...]

New Fundamentals Indicated

If there’s new fundamentals on a company, this is now indicated in the tab for that company by a red number being placed in brackets after ‘Fundamentals’.
For example at the time of writing, the new data for Sheffied United shows that the Annual Accounts have been updated.

rss and atom feeds prettier

When clicking on an rss or atom link, users should no longer see a page of unintelligable XML, but instead see a page that informs them what this is all about and what they can do with it.

Home page charts improved

Charts on the Home Page and Markets Page have been improved such that the axis is now the market opening hours.

Market Sectors now displayed as bar charts

The Market Sectors page now displays sector performance as a bar chart. This is intended to give a better at-a-glance view, than the table of numbers that was previously available on this page. The user can choose to view change today, over one month, and one year.

Stock Filter Launched

We have just launched our “Stock Filter”.
Bringing together all sorts of data from across the site, this tool helps you find stocks that may interest you. Give it a whirl!

New Sector Pages
