Who reads this blog?

Our audience is global, and that’s not all :-)

On the premise that, if you’re interested in what you read here, you might be interested in what fellow readers are writing, here’s a rundown of the bloggers who’ve commented on my blogs.

I haven’t edited this list as I would neither insult a reader by not including his blog, or presume to know which ones other readers should read, so by date of most recent comment, here they are:

The Eclectic Investor
It’s tagline:

Trader, investor, and wicked non-economist in the making, an activist with a fair sense of justice, investing with a worldwide vision

Is so wicked, I wonder why I don’t have one. Despite its worldwide pretentions, its focus is India. It’s a part of the world I love, for family reasons, not investing ones, but who knows? One day I might extend my own worldwide investing pretentions beyond the UK and the US, and India would be high up on the list, so I’ve subscribed.

The Life and Times in Carrigaline
Not sure what to make of this one, the author’s biog reveals little beyond the fact that Carrigaline is in Cork. There’s a picture of Willie O’Dea, the Irish Minister of Defence, pointing a gun out of the screen in his latest post.

Capitalists@Work
Another good tagline:

Always on the money

Makes me think I really haven’t marketed myself very well at all. Three correspondents power this blog: Bill Quango MP, Nick Drew, and CityUnslicker, the latter having graced our pages with his comments.  Having scanned a few posts, I’ve deemed them:

  1. Worth subscribing to
  2. A mixture of politics and finance, with a sardonic glint.

Here, CityUnslicker suggests Gordon Brown isn’t thinking big enough in considering one super bad bank to assume all the dodgy loans bedevilling our, errr, bad banks. Unslicker would create a bad country, or repurpose an existing bad country.

The Credit Cruncher
I don’t know who The Credit Cruncher is but he  has adopted a Pacman-like logo and promises to keep us up to date with credit crunch and recession developments. Rather TCC than me, it sounds a bit depressing, and without wishing any ill-will on his earnest mission, let’s hope it’s a short-lived blog.

Investoger.tk
Investoger is a value investor, so I’ve subscribed to his blog, obviously. The .tk domain is for Tokelau, a group of three coral atolls in the South Pacific. I think it’s a domain of convenience, though, for Investoger is interested in the Malaysian stock exchange, and the usual gaggle of value investing heroes. He has pages on his site for Warren Buffett and other Superinvestors, I have yet to explore.

Well, look at that. My time is up and I’ve only gone back as far as October.

I need a tagline, obviously, any suggestions?
